Your agent starts the connection and gives you a link and a short code. Open the link, check that the code matches, choose where your media goes, and click Approve and connect. Your agent picks up the approval on its own, so there is nothing to copy or paste.
Before a code is ever issued, we check that the request really came from your site. Each code works once and expires after 15 minutes, only you can approve it, and approving never changes your plan or billing.

What do I need to get started?

Can my AI agent connect my site without me?
No. It starts the connection and gives you a link, but only you can approve it, signed in to your Infinite Uploads account. Each code works once and expires after 15 minutes.
Will it switch my site over to the cloud by itself?
No. Copying your files to the cloud and switching your site over are separate steps. When the sync finishes, your agent asks you first, and nothing changes until you say yes.
Can it delete my media?
No. None of the Infinite Uploads abilities delete files or folders. Moving files between folders only changes how your Media Library is organized, and every file keeps the same URL.
Does my AI tool get my storage keys?
No. Infinite Uploads never hands the private keys that connect your site to your storage to your AI tool.
What if my Media Library is huge?
The sync runs in the background on your own server and keeps going after you close the chat. A large library can take hours, and you can ask your agent how it is going at any time.
What can my agent do if it works as an Editor?
Your agent gets the same permissions as the WordPress user it works as. An Editor can find, upload and organize media. Connecting, syncing and switching your site over need an Administrator.
Does it work on WordPress multisite?
Yes. Connect, sync and switch over from the main site with a Super Admin account. On every other site, your agent can find, upload and organize that site's media.
