Point WooCommerce logs at the database, not the uploads folder. WooCommerce writes debug and error logs to wc-logs inside uploads by default. With Infinite Uploads, switch to database logging in WooCommerce > Status > Logs so log writes never depend on cloud storage behaving like a local disk.
