Yes. The folder sidebar, sorting, and search all work inside the WordPress media modal, which means they show up wherever that modal is used. That includes page builders.
Supported Page Builders and Editors
Infinite Uploads has been tested and built to work with:
- Gutenberg / Full Site Editing (FSE). The native WordPress block editor. Folders appear in the media modal when you insert an image block, gallery, video, or any media-related block.
- Elementor. The folder sidebar loads inside the Elementor media popup when you add or swap images, videos, or files.
- Divi. Works inside the Divi Builder media modal when selecting images for modules.
- Bricks. Full support in the Bricks Builder media interface.
- Beaver Builder. Folder sidebar appears in the Beaver Builder media selector.
- Oxygen. Works within the Oxygen Builder media modal.
- Brizy. Supported in the Brizy Builder media interface.
- WooCommerce. Folder sidebar works when uploading or selecting product images, gallery images, and downloadable files.
What Works in the Media Modal
Everything. You can:
- Browse folders and subfolders
- Drag files into folders
- Upload directly into a selected folder
- Sort folders and files
- Search across all 6 searchable fields (title, filename, alt text, description, caption, folder name)
The experience is the same as the main Media Library page. The sidebar injects directly into the media modal, so you get the full folder interface without leaving your page builder.
What If My Page Builder Isn’t Listed?
If your page builder uses the standard WordPress media modal (most of them do), there’s a good chance it works. The builders listed above are the ones we’ve specifically tested and built integrations for. If you’re using something else and the sidebar doesn’t appear, reach out to our support team.
